City of Henderson

Recycle

The Henderson Recycling Board originated in 1991 as the result of the Henderson Planning Commission's desire to make this world a better place for our children to live. Seven volunteers met to organize and recycling began. Under the direction of the Henderson City Council, they have expanded beyond their dreams.

The recycling center is under the direction of Larry Burton of Burton Enterprises. The recycling center is open every Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Employees are there to lend a helping hand with all of the different recyclable products that arrive from our community along with surrounding communities.

Burton Enterprises is located in the industrial park on the north edge of town one block west of of the Henderson sign. Please drive in the south door and out the east door.
