SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS

Article 10. Penal Provision

§13-1001           VIOLATION; PENALTY. Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Chapter, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every twenty-four (24) hours of such failure to comply. The sale of each and every lot sold in violation of this Chapter shall be considered a separate violation.
