SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS

Article 1. Purpose and Application

§13-101             PURPOSE. The purpose of these regulations is to provide for the orderly development of the City of Henderson so as to obtain functional street layouts, adequate lot sizes, open spaces, adequate community facilities and utilities, and generally provide for the health, safety and general welfare of the City.

§13-102              APPLICATION AND JURISDICTION. Any original proprietor of any tract or parcel of land within Henderson or one mile thereof, who has subdivided, or shall hereafter subdivide the parcel into three or more parts, for the purpose of laying out the city, or addition thereto, or part thereof, or suburban lots, shall cause a plat of such subdivision in accordance with these regulations.
