In 1995, the Henderson Commercial Club sought new direction and focus. With the commitment of the full membership, the Commercial Club moved to become the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. The goals of the new Chamber were to 1) promote and support established businesses, 2) recruit new businesses and 3) broaden the membership base to include more area businesses and ag producers.
